A construction site that has seen extended delays is nothing more than concrete barricades and weeds, which according to restaurateur, Jimmy Frantze, looks like the Lebanese capital:
“I’m tired of looking at a building that looks like Beirut after the last civil war,” he said.
Well, I’m tried of hearing of buildings that look like Beirut and, in most cases, they do not. Jimmy, feel free to download your “Looks Like Beirut” Certificate as I try find your address.

To his credit, the “after the last civil war” kinda makes the statement okay.. It doesn’t look like present day beirut..
