Haven’t yet found the hard hitting article but news travelling through Facebook and Twitter seems to suggest that over 4000 Lebanese expats living in Montreal have successfully entered the Guinness World Records for simultaneously dancing the ‘debke‘ for a total of 5 minutes (in case you are curious, they ‘debke-ed’ to Raja3 Yet3amar Lubnan).

If true, this beats the 2007 record by Israeli Arabs of 2,743 dancers.
